I'm operating with minimum staff and also, out of an abundance of caution, do not want to unnecessarily expose my staff or my warehouse to incoming risk. I'm in a difficult position with this policy, but safety comes first for all of us! So effective immediately we will not be honoring, or processing returns or exchanges until more is known about the risk.
We are also only able to respond to very urgent support requests, so that we have time to fulfill and send orders to continue operating otherwise normally.
I hope to be able to bring back my 30-day return and exchange guarantee again, as soon as we know more about the situation and how it resolves.
