We no longer accept direct emails, as routing all inquiries through our help ticket system improved response time and ties inquiries more reliably to customer accounts in our database so that multiple agents can access the same history.
Normally, please allow up to 1-2 business days for a response. Seasonally, higher than normal response times may occur, as do some difficult cases that involve our shipping vendors.

IMPORTANT: If you are still not receiving responses it is important that you check your promotion, spam, and junk folders (depending on your email provider). This is because many emails originating from our company will be recognized as commercial in nature, and can and do get confused by certain providers as marketing ("spam") emails.
Gmail puts most of these emails in your "promotions" tab rather than your inbox (a place many often don't check since these messages are not displayed by default), and some less advanced providers like Yahoo or Hotmail may mis-categorize them as spam or junk if they contain certain keywords (like "sale" or "free").
