PRE-ORDERS, BACKORDERS OR PRE-SALE ITEMS:
If you order an item that is marked as pre-sale, backorder or pre-order with an expected date, that date is not guaranteed as it involves variables outside our control especially with what seems to be an international import clusterfuck we don't fully understand. Your full order will ship when your pre-order item arrives in our warehouse, in the order in which it was received - we are often lately working through a backlog of orders after getting piecemeal product from our factory.
And keep in mind we are 3 guys here not a big operation ;)
Please check your order in your account portal! If it has a tracking number then it has been sent. If it does not, then it hasn't and we're desperately either waiting for it from the factory, or so backlogged that we're working double shifts. We're a small team and unable to respond to every order inquiry as to when an item will be shipping, as current status is always updated continuously on the product page and emailed periodically. However, we do place a priority on responding to order cancellation requests and will do so if your order hasn't shipped - be sure to select the right reason option when submitting your help ticket so that we can respond accordingly.
NOTE: If a dispute is filed with your financial institution before your items arrive and are shipped, or under any other circumstances, your order will be canceled and you will be unable to place future orders.
*Update 11/17 Board shorts and the rest of the camo shorts finally arrived! But we're 300 orders backlogged now so bear with us a few more days!
