PRE-ORDERS, BACKORDERS OR PRE-SALE ITEMS: If you order an item that is marked as pre-sale, backorder or pre-order with an expected date, that date is not guaranteed as it involves variables outside our control especially with what seems to be an international import clusterfuck we don't fully understand. Your full order will ship when your pre-order item arrives in our warehouse, in the order in which it was received - we are often lately working through a backlog of orders after getting piecemeal product from our factory. Please check your order in your account portal, if it has a tracking number then it has been sent. We're a small team and unable to respond to every order inquiry as to when an item will be shipping, as current status is always updated continuously on the product page and emailed periodically. However, we do place a priority on responding to order cancellation requests and will do so if your order hasn't shipped - be sure to select the right reason option when submitting your help ticket. If a dispute is filed with your financial institution before your items arrive and are shipped, or under any other circumstances, your order will be canceled and you will be unable to place future orders.
